Ruth Hind

Ruth is a qualified Consultant Clinical Psychologist and has worked clinically for the NHS for over 20 years. Ruth has extensive experience in training and workforce development focusing particularly on engagement and communication skills. She became independent in 2016 in order to develop wider applications of proven clinical approaches. This has led her to form Spark, bringing powerful communication training methods to a wider audience.

Dr Martin Carey

Martin is a qualified Consultant Clinical Psychologist who has worked in the NHS for over 20 years and has extensive experience of providing training and consultation to a range of different staff teams. Martin is passionate about using video feedback to improve interpersonal performance. He has seen the transformational effect of focusing on coaching efforts on naturally occurring and exclusively successful moments.

Chloe Erlam

Chloe is an experienced Educational Psychologist and worked for the Local Authority at an individual and systemic level for 10 years. Chloe became interested in the power of strength-based interventions, working with hope and supporting individuals and organisations to notice what they are already managing and how they would like to develop their skills to achieve their goals. Chloe has found strength based video feedback the most effective way to empower individuals and create positive change. Chloe has been practising strength based video feedback exclusively since 2015 and also teaches this intervention at leading universities and across the UK.
